하지만 프리뷰 iso에서는 TPM 칩 없이도 설치가 현재는 가능하네요.
그리고 Windows 11 intel7세대,라이젠 1세대 CPU 지원해준다는 MS 공식 블로그 내용도 있습니다.

● 인텔 7세대 프로세서/라이젠 1세대 프로세서 공식 지원 검토 중(원문: As we release to Windows Insiders and partner with our OEMs, we will test to identify devices running on Intel 7th generation and AMD Zen 1 that may meet our principles. We’re committed to sharing updates with you on the results of our testing over time, as well as sharing additional technical blogs.)
● 윈도우 11 요구사항 확인 프로그램 개선 예정/정확성 면에서 아직 부족함을 인정하고 일시적으로 제거함(그러나 현재 다운로드 됩니다. 오역일 수 있음)
● 윈도우 11 요구사항의 원칙
-윈도 헬로, 장치 암호화, VBS, HVCI, secure boot를 지원할 수 있는 하드웨어->TPM 필요
-윈도우의 드라이버 인증 요구사항을 충족할 수 있도록 하드웨어 드라이버가 지원되어야 함 (참조: Getting Started with Windows Drivers - Windows drivers | Microsoft Docs)
-기본적인 하드웨어 사양(홈페이지에 게재된 사양)
